No more modeling for Tyra Banks: Tyra Banks has denied that she is returning to modeling.
The former supermodel came speculation that she would come out of her self-imposed retirement when they have a contract with IMG Models signed earlier this month.
She has now revealed that they will cooperate with the agency in a wider capacity "and not as a model.
"I went to a bunch IMG reasons," Tyra said on her official website. "I'm building my business and I realized that there are many companies that I can help and that can help me. I used with IMG five years ago and now it is nice to return in a broader capacity.
"And to rectify, I'm not coming out of retirement ... IMG modeling is such a big company, there are many things I will do with them. Some fashion, but do not expect to see me any go-sees! "
Tyra revealed her new deal with Italian Vogue. The publication has signed an agreement with Tyra's reality show America's Next Top Model, which sees the publication of the winner of the photo on the front page of one of their business each year.
Tyra is enthusiastic about the collaboration, and thinks it will make future seasons of the series better than anyone who came before them.
"Italian Vogue is in the making-dreams-real business for me, making me turn we are the girls on America's Next Top Model to discover the authentic international high fashion models," she wrote.
"Italian Vogue is, when it comes to fashion magazines, and they go to our winner on the cover. No, not next to the ad on page 173 for anti-aging cream ... on the cover.
"This is huge. Put that together with the beautiful ALT (aka Andre Leon Talley) and the new court and we are certainly on the opposite Dreckitude residence for many cycles to come! Trembling with excitement over here! (Sic)."
Tyra also spoke about her upcoming fantasy novels, and said that all its projects were "connected", even if they do not seem to be.
